Laser Express Franchise - Commercial Aspects
Joining
the Laser Express
franchise would entail the following steps:

Both parties will sign a mutual confidentiality agreement

Our administrator will meet you at your outlet for a familiarisation
interview. You will be given the opportunity to “show
off” your facility and explain your current operation
including the present treatment menu and your client volumes.
You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire concerning your
business.
- You
will then visit one of our operational outlets, view the technology
and its operation, understand the standards which need to be
maintained, and even sample a complimentary hair removal treatment
if you wish.
At this point, if discussions have proved satisfactory to both parties,
the commercial terms of the Laser Express Franchise will be explained
to you and passed on in writing. Essentially these include:

The initial payment of a Joining Fee, which covers: The loaning
of the Light Based Hair Removal Platform for a period of five
years; The Start up promo pack, including personalised marketing
merchandise to deploy at your outlet, the commissioning of a
dedicated Web Page for your outlet on the Laser Express master
site, and a Door to Door marketing blitz to households in your
area; Training of you and your staff to the required industry
standard;A proprietary Full Operations manual, covering technical,
operator, sales and marketing subjects
- You
will commit to making dedicated space (consulting, treatment
and reception areas) available to the franchise, and deploying
staff (whom we train for you) accordingly.
- You
commit to purchase from us agreed minimums of consumable inventory
needed to maintain the laser hair removal operation.
- On
an ongoing basis, you agree to pay us a percentage of your laser
hair removal revenues as a royalty fee, part of which we agree
to put back into marketing you and your fellow franchised outlets.
